Going Nuts with Banana Cake :)

I was trying to blog it since last week but due to very complex schedule, was not able to. So here, I will share my version of banana cake :)

Here's the ingredients:

  • 6 cups all purpose flour
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 4 cups sugar of your choice
  • 1 whole butter
  • 4tsp vanilla
  • 4tsp baking soda
  • 12 pcs over ripe banana
Here's how to do:
  • Pre-heat oven at 350C. Sift the dry ingredients except sugar, set aside.
  • In mixing bowl, mashed banana using fork until smooth. Add in sugar, continue beating then ass butter and eggs.
  • Then add the flour mixture, mix until smooth then add vanilla.
  • Pour the batter in your desired greased pan then bake for about an hour or until the knife/fork comes out clean after poking.
So, here is my finished product.

We will be having our trip tomorrow evening going back in Mindoro for vacation so Mama asked me to make some of this for our baon and also to share it with the ka-Mangyans back there :)

Banapple Experience

I had my first experience with Banapple Restaurant last year with my friends. We had our team bonding there and we tasted almost everything. From their plated menu, pastas and well, cakes! What we did was, we ordered dishes that we liked then we had our friends to taste it just to give feed backs. And what I almost liked is the rolled pasta and the cakes.

Now, after a looong time of waiting, I was able to come back with Jomel and I wanted to try the Hickory Pork Ribs and the best seller banoffee cake

Note: I had this to go because I am running out of time. Lunch break is over :)

This one is a piece of heaven! I am pretty sure my son, Hans will love it. He really likes banana a lot.

This meal can actually feed two people. The pork is sooo tender that it melts in your mouth. And the sauce is so yummy! I had this to go because lunch break is over :) I came in late, that's why.

I will not going to stop coming back, that is for sure.haha! I think they have their website so you can view the menu and the stores. Just click the above hyperlink. The only store I knew is the one in Ayala Triangle. Hey, I am not being paid to blog them. I just wanted to share my experience..that's all! :)

Please Pardon the First Time Blogger

Ever since, I really wanted to write kahit pa when I was still a little. Hilig ko magsulat kahit saan. Then during my high school naging member ako ng schoolpaper namin but I was able to part not the writing team but in photojournalism (kahit wala ako camera..nanghihiram lang)

I was able to go competing and represent our division sa Lucena and Lipa for the Regional Competition pero hanggang dun na lang pala.

Then came my college days, nahilig ako sa pagsusulat ng journal. Actually, one requirements for our OJT but ginawa ko na syang hobby.
This is my first Journal..please don't mind the pictures..lol!

My very first entry..I started writing in 2004..oohh! look at the grammar..haha!
And then dahil nga trying hard photo journalist ang inyong abang lingkod, e di eto na nga...

In photo is me and Amie, one of my Korean student back in kapayatan days :)
So yun na nga, this is how it looks when I wanted to docu those people I have met and spent times together. Sweet ko diba?? :)

Until now, if time permits, I just grab a pen and start scribbling. I am actually keeps on carrying a small notebook with me everywhere I go..

The latest one is the green notebook with the thumb sign, upper right corner..
I am jotting down random events, weekly budget, simple notes and reminders, even sticky note kapag tinamad ako magsulat sa notebook, I just paste it sa pages for reference.

So there you go! Haay..next time I will post naman my favorite novelist..Danielle Steel!! So stay tuned! (ano daw?) :)
